acting according to the Decree of Minister of Economy and Labour dated November 15th, 2004 regarding tenders, negotiations and criteria for evaluating business ventures that are to be undertaken within Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN (Journal of Acts No. 254, item 2549)
invites to negotiations:
to determine the entrepreneur, who will be granted permit to operate business activity on the premises of Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN.
Details regarding the assets, which can be used to establishing business activity in Stalowa Wola Sub-zone- Nisko investment area and conditions of offer preparation and negotiations are stipulated in "Specification of important negotiations conditions no. 5/SW/2010" available at the Branch Office of Industrial Development Agency in Tarnobrzeg, 39-405 Tarnobrzeg, Zakładowa St. 48. tel./fax. (0-15) 823 66 88. The price for Specification is set at 12.200,00 PLN (22% VAT included).
Purchase of Specification is a necessary condition of participation in negotiations.
Evaluation of the offer will be made on the basis of criteria stipulated in the Decree of Minister of Economy and Labour dated November 15th, 2004 (Journal of Acts No. 254, item 2549).
Offers in sealed envelopes, titled "Oferta do rokowań nr 5/SW/2010", should be submitted not later than on September 6th 2010 at IDA Warsaw, Branch Office in Tarnobrzeg, Zakładowa St. 48, 39-405 Tarnobrzeg.
