The Radom sub-zone covers the following investment areas: Wolka Klwatecka and Golebiow as well as in Pionki, Poniatowa and Ożarów Mazowiecki. It is located on the area of the industrial complex of the metal works Zaklady Metalowe Lucznik S.A. joint-stock company and the above mentioned places.

The Radom sub-zone (82,5
ha) consists of:
- Radom - (30,8 ha)
- Gołębiów area (18 ha)
- Wólka Klwatecka area (12,8 ha)
- Pionki (21,7 ha)
- Poniatowa (2 ha)
- Ożarów Mazowiecki (28 ha)
This sub-zone ensures very good connections and infrastructure for railway and motor transport because the particular districts are situated near the communication arteries, which operate in the fast traffic system in the directions Warsaw-Lublin-Cracow.

Considering the previous traditions of this region and the available skilled staff in sectors: metal processing, telecommunication, footwear, armaments and subcontracting industries, the following branches are preferred at looking for new investors:
- electronic, telecommunication and computer industry,
- production using modern technologies,
- electrical machine industry,
- chemical and cosmetic industry.

A net of firms and subcontractors of different branches operates in Radom. They are seeking development of co-operation with potential partners in the SEZ.
Types of the possible co-operation: joint venture, subcontracting, transfer of technologies.
The City of Pionki offers its investors attractive "green field" type landscape environment, sited within the TSEZ area of activity, with a total area of 21,7 hectares. The offered areas are fully developed in terms of infrastructure and means of communications. The immediate vicinity is equipped with a full range of infrastructure utilities, including electric power supply, water, gas and sanitary lines.
The investment zones are located near municipal roads, at close proximity to rail lines. The plots are free of pollution and are ready for immediate use.
There are no residential areas in the immediate vicinity.

- Excellent location - 15 km away from city center of Warsaw, at the route Terespol - Warsaw - Poznań - Berlin.
