The area of this Sub-zone lies in the southern part of the industrial complex of the ironworks Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW) S.A. joint-stock company. The investment district Nisko was formed on the base of the industrial buildings of the former metal works Zaklady Metalowe Nimet in Nisko.
The Sub-zone has a full technical infrastructure. The objects are in good condition.
